How does ActiveCare® Direct work?

ActiveCare Direct is a one-of-a-kind telematics monitoring and fleet utilization service that takes the noise out of telematics data:

  • Our CareTrack telematics system collects your machine data, and we monitor it in real time, 24/7/365.
  • We then filter the data for you and provide simple case alerts that you and your Volvo dealer can proactively address.
  • You can also access fleet reports through the online portal to identify ways to improve worksite efficiency, avoid unplanned downtime and catch problems before they occur.
  • ActiveCare Direct is free for one year on all new machine purchases with the Caretrack telematics system.
