Heavy duty protection

Damage and debris can present daily challenges for machines operating in demolition applications, but the EC300E Straight Boom has got you covered. Keep uptime and long-term performance at a maximum with features such as boom and bucket cylinder protection, full track guard, heavy-duty undercover and belly cover, Side Impact Protection Structure, reversible cooling fan, and much more.

There is no need for a separate truck for pumping water – the integrated unique Volvo dust suppression system takes care of it.

Dust suppression system

Water is sprayed in a fine mist by four nozzles on the arm. The water is distributed from the engine compartment by a hydraulic pump. You only need to supply a water source equivalent to a garden hose. Dust suppression can be distributed using either Auto or Manual mode. Manual sprays continuously and Auto mode only sprays when the attachment is operating. A high-pressure water gun is also provided for machine cleaning and other operations.
