THE KNEAD YOU NEED

Experience the perfect kneading effect required to achieve uniform material density in no time at all. Four wide front and rear tires overlap by 50mm to provide full width coverage, while the isostatic levelling cylinders secure consistent contact with the material for excellent surface sealing.

PRODUCTIVITY ON TAP

The pressurized, rust-proof 550-liter LDPE water system features an adjustable flowrate which can be used by the operator as needed to help eliminate material build up on the tire surface, maintain mat surface temperature and reduce water refills. The water storage tank level indicator is clearly in view, allowing the operator to easily monitor the water level.

Take on a multitude of tasks by using different materials as ballast to easily adjust the maximum operating weight of the PT220C. What’s more, water can also be used as ballast thanks to a separate dedicated water compartment, which is in addition to the standard ballast compartment.

Water nozzles and screens can be quickly removed, cleaned or replaced. Easily removable filters sit behind each of the eight spray nozzles to ensure a fine mist.
