In the mid-60s the first real major changes in development followed and the loaders broke completely new ground. The loaders were the first in the world with the allrounder concept and introduced fast, efficient and operator-friendly machines with powerful engines, power shift and four wheel drive. In addition, in 1969 Volvo introduced the world's first hydraulic attachment bracket, a new feature and a technical advance which further consolidated the company's world-leading position.
