The Volvo hydraulic thumb opens a whole-new-world of productivity in your compact excavator. Perfectly matched for use on Volvo machines and the different attachments which they operate, the thumb delivers the flexibility and control needed for optimum results across a wide range of applications. It can be fully retracted against the arm for full unobstructed use of the bucket or breaker and on 5-8t machines the 3-way valve on the arm enables fast and convenient switching to other hydraulic attachments equipped with a quick coupler connection, eliminating the need to disconnect the required hoses.
