First ever Volvo CEs Region Asia Sales Expert Competition concluded in Shah Alam Malaysia

Volvo CE’s Region Asia Sales Expert Competition has concluded with three winners announced from Volvo dealer partners in Malaysia, Taiwan and the Philippines. Over 60 participants from across Region Asia took part in the competition which aimed to evaluate the best dealers in Volvo CE’s Asian Dealer Network.

Launched in April 2024, the first ever Region Asia Sales Expert Competition has concluded with three winners announced from Volvo CE’s Asian Dealer Network in Malaysia, Taiwan, and the Philippines. The competition aims to improve dealer confidence across all Volvo CE machine categories, provide learning opportunities in relation to Volvo CE’s Digital Services, and improve understanding of the segment approach to the company’s business. The Region Asia Sales Expert Competition complements several existing dealer initiatives including customer visits, as well as segment and new product trainings.

Retail

The competition included an online assessment of product understanding and machine segmentation to organise products in a way that makes them easier to match with potential customers. The second stage was a face-to-face practical assignment that incorporated case study assessments, both in the mining and general construction domain, as well as soft skills analysis using the EC200D for general construction and the EC550E for the mining case study.

The winners of the Region Asia Sales Expert Competition were:
