4 Dealers Receive Region Asia D-SERVE Awards for 2023

The Region Asia Dealer Services Excellence Program (D-SERVE) was first launched in 2021 and has been ongoing for 3 years. The objective is to give higher recognition to good dealer services operational performance and to encourage dealers to invest and put in more resources in those areas.

The program qualifiers measure various aspects of the dealer service functions such as Parts Logistics, Parts & Service Marketing, Technical Support, Warranty, and Service Training.

4 dealers met the program qualifiers and received the D-SERVE Awards for 2023. PT Indotruck Utama won the D-SERVE Silver Award, while Volvo CE Korea Sales & Service, Volvo CE Singapore and Taikoo Commercial Vehicles won the D-SERVE Blue Award.

The Region Asia D-SERVE program will continue in 2024 and has already been launched to all participating dealers. Each year, additions and changes are made to the program qualifiers as we continue to evolve the program criteria whenever dealers’ capabilities strengthen.
